Late payment may result in the suspension of services and interest charges at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate. Payment should be made to the account details provided in your invoice. We accept bank transfers and approved payment methods only.
We endeavor to provide services in accordance with industry standards and best practices. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, mechanical failures, port congestion, regulatory changes, or force majeure events. We will use reasonable efforts to minimize delays and notify you of any significant disruptions.
Cancellation policies are specified in individual service agreements. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Depending on the timing and nature of the service, cancellation fees may apply. Modifications to services must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and applicable charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everbridgefv Maritime Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. Confidential information must be protected for a period of three years following disclosure.

While Everbridgefv Maritime Ltd maintains appropriate insurance coverage, all cargo is transported at the client's risk. We recommend that clients obtain comprehensive cargo insurance. We are not liable for loss, damage, theft, or contamination of cargo beyond what is covered by our insurance policies. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or discovery of loss.
